Hey guys, if you haven’t noticed already it’s Memorial Day so get out of your house, off your computer, and start the celebration. Summer is here to stay.
New York City is empty as the flocks have taken off for the summer retreat of the Hamptons. The celebs have followed suit with the openings of the major summer hotspots – Dune, Pink Elephant, etc. Click here to view the exclusive invite.
The crowd here can usually be tough on scoring a ticket in, so if you’re not one of the good ol’ boys or girls, the best route to summering Hamptons style is to score a great deal on a summer houseshare. Basically going in with 50 someodd people that you may or may not know to grab a huge party house. These are usually the most fun places anyway with all the ammenities to throw a massive pool party included. A lot of them even come with VIP tickets to the nightlife venues.
TIP: Get used to the verb ”to summer” or you’ll be outed as a visitor for sure. You’re summering in the Hamptons, not visiting, not vacationing. It may be odd, but so is most of the rich and famous lifestyle.
